Guar gum is a very popular food thickener and stabilizer. It is used to bring about viscosity and thickness in a number of food products. Just like other food additives like coloring and flavor enhancers, guar gum is also a food additive.

Guar Gum is a white to yellowish white powder. It is nearly odourless. Guar Gum Products is available in different viscosities and different granulometries depending on the desired viscosities and application. Guar Gum is a natural high molecular weight hydro colloidal polysaccharide composition and mannan units combined through glycosidic linkages, which may be described as galactomannan. It has excellent cold & hot water solubility.
